July 2026 version
The service
This site lets you request a home visit (Netanya, Raanana and the Sharon) and book a general-medicine video consultation with Dr Nathalie Gozlan, available anywhere in Israel.
A video consultation is a private consultation; it replaces neither emergency services nor the follow-up provided by your health fund (kupat holim).
Fees and payment
Video Consultation: 250 ₪, paid online when booking — by bank card (a hold is placed at booking, charged after the consultation) or by Bit (charged immediately). Home visit: 350 ₪, paid at the visit.
An invoice (receipt) is issued automatically for every video consultation.
Online payment is processed by a secure payment provider; no banking data is stored on this site.
Cancellation and no-show
You can cancel your video consultation from your patient area. In the event of cancellation, the card hold is released without any charge and any payment already made is refunded in full.
If the consultation cannot take place (technical problem, doctor unavailable), it is rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full.
Your commitments
Provide accurate information (identity, medical file) — identity verification is a regulatory requirement of telemedicine in Israel.
For a child under 16: the booking is made by a parent or legal guardian, present during the consultation.
Consult from a quiet, private place, with a sufficient internet connection, camera and microphone.
Liability
This site and the teleconsultation service are operated by the practice of Dr Nathalie Gozlan, a physician licensed in Israel, who is responsible for the content published on this site, the consultations provided and the documents issued (prescriptions, reports, receipts).
Online payment is handled by a licensed payment provider; the practice never sees or stores any card data. Any service paid for and not delivered is refunded in full.
Limits of the service
In a life-threatening emergency, call 101 (Magen David Adom). Video Consultation is not suitable for emergencies, nor for situations requiring a physical examination: the doctor will then refer you to the appropriate facility.
Dr Gozlan may end a video consultation if it proves unsuitable; in that case the payment is refunded.
