Who is responsible for your data?

Dr Nathalie Gozlan, a family physician practising in Israel, is responsible for processing the data collected on this site in connection with home visits and teleconsultations.

What data are collected?

Identification data: surname, first name, date of birth, teudat zehut / national ID or passport number, phone, email, address.

Health data: the medical questionnaire you complete (history, allergies, treatments, vaccinations, lifestyle), the doctor's consultation notes, the documents issued (reports, prescriptions) and those you submit.

Payment data: payment is processed by a secure payment provider; no bank card data is stored on this site.

Why are these data collected?

Solely for your medical care: to organise the consultation, build the medical file required by regulation, issue the documents (report, receipt, prescription) and ensure your follow-up.

Your data are never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

How are they protected?

Sensitive medical data are stored encrypted. Exchanges with the site are protected by HTTPS. The video consultation is encrypted and is not recorded.

Access to the file is limited to you (via your patient area, secured by SMS code) and to Dr Gozlan (via a console protected by two-factor authentication). Access is logged.

The data are hosted on a server located in the European Union (France), in accordance with the Israeli rules on data transfer.

How long are they kept?

The medical file is kept for the legal period applicable to medical records in Israel. You may request a copy of your file at any time.

Your rights

You may access your data, have them corrected, and withdraw your consents. Write to contact@drnathaliegozlan.co.il; every request will be answered as promptly as possible.
